Contain BDSM-fetish material. "Midna from Twilight Princess"

Midna had been walking for what she felt was several hours. It had been two days since she returned to the Light Realm, and she had been searching for Link ever since. He wasn't in Ordon, he wasn't in Castle Town, and he wasn't in Kakariko. She looked everyone for him.

Was the man even in Hyrule?!

She grinned impishly, showing her teeth. This is just like him, the Twilight princess thought in irritation, I finally find a way back into the Realm of Light and the goddess forsaken idiot has to go and drop off the face of the planet. Stupid dog.

The foreign princess continued her search. Following her gut, she retraced her steps all of the way back to what she guessed was Faron Woods (things certainly look different when you're walking about on your own, compared to seeing them while sitting in the shadows.).

Midna eventually found herself coming face to face with the Forest Temple. The thing hadn't changed at all; it had remained completely untouched by man and embraced by nature.

What had Link called this place again? Midna thought. Sacred? Then she scolfed, kicking a piece of rubble from the dirt. Looks like a pile of rocks to me, she concluded before heading on inside.

Inside it was dark, minus the dull light given off by a few torches, and the temple smelled like earth. Midna gagged on it, remembering the first time she came here and how much she had hated it. She quickened her pace, hoping to find Link and getting the hell of this place as soon as possible.

The princess was unaware of the sets of beady eyes watching her every move from the shadows.

An hour had passed by the time Midna had treked through the whole temple, and their was still no sign of her man. In her search, she had found a dusty sheild sitting in the dirt. It was painted with the characters of Hyrulean mythology and Midna had recognized it then. Midna gulped, and her mind started running scenarios through her head.

He couldn't be... no. It's probably someone else's sheild. It's been here for years. We just didn't notice it last time, she argued with herself.

Midna felt convinced that nothing had happened, until she found the Master Sword laying face down in a patch of dead grass only but a few feet away from where she had found the sheild. She looked wildly for any signs of a struggle, and her face grew pale; there was blood in the dirt. Both the green hue of blood from Skulltulas... and the red blood of a human.

She heard a russling noise come from behind her. Midna gasped. "Link!" she vocallized. "Are you there?" she screamed before turning around to face "him". "Dog! I thought you were... you were... you're not Link." the princess dead-panned.

The Skulltula let out an unearthly growl in response, prowling towards her.

"Wanna play?" Midna grinned deviously, a ball of magic charging up in her hand. "Alright then, you freak, let's play." she said before unleasing her fury and killing the beast.

Once she made sure the thing was dead, she took off in a run, going as fast as her legs and feet could carry her. Looking back, she muttered something sorrowfully. "I'm sorry, dog."

Looking back had been her biggest mistake however, as she ran face first into a wall. She moaned in pain. Stupid wall... she thought, rocking back in forth, trying to push herself up. Since when had walls here even been this... thin? and... and...sticky?

Midna heard a familiar growling sound come from behind her. She guessed what made the noise. "Looks like the bastard had friends," she joked. Truth be told, she was a little bit afraid in her current predicament, with being stuck to a wall and finding out the love of her life was dead and everything, but the princess would never admit it. Let alone to them.

She didn't know what hit her, but it came fast. Pouncing onto her back was one of the deceased spider's little friends. She growled in pain, as the monsterous thing took bites from her flesh, drawing warm blood from her veins. Midna sucked in breathe through her teeth, struggling.

"Is that the best you can do, you bastard?" she taunted in rage, trying her best to kick the beast off of her with her hind legs. "Get... off me!"

but to no avail.

The beast stopped knawing at her bare flesh, and the Twilight princess almost felt relieved. Until she felt something sticky and wet coat her back. Shit... she thought. If anything Link had told her about spiders was actually true, then Midna knew what was going to happen to her next.

Midna's struggle increased tenfold, kicking and waving her arms about. All the while she screamed out profanties and curses. She knew she might've been doomed at this point, but she still had to will power to free herself and avenge her friend.

Then the spider began to spin her from where she lay, and her struggle decreased some. Midna still shouted some not-very-nice-things however, as fiesty as she had ever been, but the noise was blocked out by the spider's activity.

The princess was coated to her neck in thick web by the time the spinning had ceased, and Midna panted where she lay, exhausted from her little shouting game and the struggle she had put up.

It was because of the struggling that the spider had a a difficult time binding her---it's prey normally wasn't this lively... or loud, for that matter---and by the time it reached the victim's head the web had hardened and grew heavy.

The Skulltula turned Midna about face, and she looked the thing in the eyes. "I hope you choke on me," she hissed darkly, before her head was encased in web, too.

...

...

Midna was feeling a bit paranoid. Sitting here and waiting till she ran out of air and suffocated was a kind of unerving to the princess. She knew the sleep would be peaceful, but the road before it was anything but. She looked around, pupils moving back and forth across her eyes, but she saw nothing but darkness. This is it, she thought, this is how Link died. This was how Link was killed.

Letting out one final breath and closing her eyes,
Midna saw Link and knew nothing more.

He wanted Midna from TP in a scenario similiar to my Dawn-fic.
Midna/Link thrown in for good meaure, hope you don't mind.

It was pretty fun to write and not all that difficult as it's from a universe I'm incredibly familiar with (TP is the only Zelda I've played---not counting the half of OoT I eventually gave up on a few years ago.).

I've never invisioned Midna as a damsel-like character, but hey, that just makes it more of a challenge. I hope I did her justice. Sorry for making her (and Link) DIE. atleast they're together at the end. c':

Good Lord, That Was Soul-Crushing! :tears:
At Least She Was Reunited With Link, Hopefully This Means She Responded Back on the Overworld.
